Granola


1 cup oats
1 cup puffed rice
1/4 cup chopped dry cherries
1/4 cup shaved coconut
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup agave

Toss all dry ingredients in a bowl. Mix the olive oil and agave together and pour over the dry ingredients. Stir until mixed. Spread mixture in a sheet pan. Bake at 250 for 10 to 15 minutes depending on your oven.
